I plan to go for something in between for the intakes,but whit the setup i made the the tension on the spring is so that its imposible for the door to blow open in flight,the spring i used is 30mm...

Hi there,here is how i did the small wing doors.I made them out of 0.6mm alulinium bent to the wing shape. To close them i used a kevlar wire and a spring in the main gear bay.Grtz Bruno

For the schaft i used 316 ore stainles steel ( stainles steel is a bit easier to cut tread on ). As for the seals just google -oil seal rings- and you schould find a store in your aerea that sels...

Since whe paid a lot of mony for it atleast i want to give it a try,i also modified the cilinders by putting a real oil seal ring in it and a new 316 steel polisched ram.
