My point is that I think I damaged it by drawing it too low in voltage ... not sure I want to return to lipos at all because of this problem.

Thoughts on that being a correct theory and...

I did know about this so I tried to get it correct. It may be a few degrees off.

Is the proper way to have the flywheel magnets at 6 o'clock with the prop at 9 and 3 o'clock?

I can see bubbles in the tank ... so I think the fuel lines are fine. I think it is vibration or too much pressure fromt he pressure tap of the flow-through muffler.

Yep, I thought that too. Too lean right? So I tried turning it out (counter-clockwise) and it did not seem to help. I wonder if somethings wrong with my carb?
