That one seems to be too small. I think you need the one below as the front wheels shaft is 5mm.

kyosho have some 5mm thin washer (one pack comes in 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 mm thickness) should solve this issue. Sorry I don't remember the part number.... And you can take the front brake disk out. ...
