Make sure your retracts are raked forward and not bent back. Center of wheels should be even with leading edge of wing if looking straight down at top of wing with plane sitting on tarmac.

I think you could get away with a 15x8x3b MA, if you don't fly absolutely full throttle like spinnerrow does;) It should be all right at if you will be running around at 3/4 throttle or something...

Low needle needs to be opened more, until it starts and stays running. Or you have some garbage on your debris screen in your carb.

I am happy with the 15x11 apc, best one I have used so far. The 16x10 was lugging on uplines a tad, and was slower I thought.

On my World Models P-51, the Dle screams with the 15x10 APC verses the 16x10 MA. Dle really lugs and runs outa steam with a 16x10, especially on verticals.:D

The Pitts wrap around has a different tone to it, but it is not much quieter in my opinion to the stocker.

That is the standard tubing included in all Hayes tanks. I have had no problems with the neoprene, but others have said it has degraded rather quickly. I would have to think that the pure rubber...

It is a very tight fit, push hard, it will fit! A lot of people do not push it on all the way and have problems starting or running. Very common.;)

I am using a 16x10 MA classic with my World Models P-51 Petie. It scoots along pretty good! :D I think On the ground she'll wind up a little more than 8000 RPM, but in the air she unloads a little...

I take you don't like lipo's??;) They are ok if you use common sense, and follow the usual protocols. But I agree with the Life's being the best solution at the moment.
