if you are sure that it's not coming from the wind and the wings are oscillating at higher speeds, then of course you are right to reduce the gain.

The iGyro does not have a stick...

you can try heading hold mode for ailerons, but I wouldn't use it on elevator or rudder. If you have the USB cable or the Bluetooth software, I suggest to increase the aileron gain to 25%...
