RE: Quique 100cc Python VIDEO!!!

quique is very good at those rolling elevators, he does that with his 120" yak as well and keep it perfectly axial. Did you guys notice the downwind harriers?

RE: I'll take a 69" !

I believe the elevators are joined and it uses one servo. I think Quique is going to fly it with some analog somewhat standard servos to show what it can do with them. I'm sure scott or reza will...

RE: Engine Recommendation for Yak 73"

I love the sound of the open header. It sounds like a real air show plane when you do rolling manuevers but I could see it being a problem if you have noise restrictions.

RE: Engine Recommendation for Yak 73"

I run the zinger 18x6 on my ys 140l. It performs much better than with an apc 18x6w. The ys 140 sport is the fz, the L is supercharged so a little more power and the dz is fuel injected with a little...

RE: Engine Recommendation for Yak 73"

ken I had better luck with the zinger 18x6 over the apc on my ys so that might be something you can try as well.

RE: engine size on the 73"

I would not run a saito 180. I had one on my 72" for a while and it is nothing compared to the ys 140. I have the 140l but the sport would fly it just fine as well. If you can some how cancel your...

RE: New QQ-Yak 86" Pictures and Flight Report

I like it alot better than the purple and I'm undecided whether I like it better than the original red scheme. It still looks very nice, I think he's just made it look a little more like the brio.

RE: YS 140, on 73". what prop???

18x6 is the recommended prop and what quique runs. surprisingly my 140l likes the cheapo zinger 18x6 better than the apc 18x6w. It seems to have a lot better pull out.

RE: New QQ-Yak 86" Pictures and Flight Report

watched quique fly this plane today and it flys very nice. It looks alot bigger than it is. It almost looks the same size as some of the 100cc planes from a distance. Also the covering scheme looks...

RE: 73" yak evolution 26gt

we tried the evolution in the 72" and it seems to have quite a bit of power. It doesn't look like it's going to have a ton of reserve in a hover though but it will do just about everything else....

RE: Quique Somenzini YAK-54S 73"

we've been testing the evolution 26 in the 72" yak and it seems to have a ton of power. Haven't really flown it yet but it pulls a lot harder than my saito 180. Should have some flight reports soon.

ys 140 differences

I'm looking at ys 140's to replace my saito 180 in my yak and had a few questions. Between the 140 sport, the 140L and the 140dz which has more power? My saito is too inconsistent so I need something...

RE: saito 180 question

yeah that looks like it. I pushed it back in but I'm not sure if I was supposed to line something up before I put it back in or not. I would like to fly tomorrow if I can figure out what to do....
