RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

Glenn, I believe that the gyro menu only works on the AUX2 port on the RX with the 9303 / 9503. This means you need a 7 CH RX in order to use that menu. As Nick mentioned, using GEAR EPAs to adjust...

RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

jreue, congrats on the successful flights today. Sounds like the T250 is working out well for you. Put together a vid of your progress. It is winter and any entertainment we can get is helpful.

RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

I just repaired a B400 for a guy that had the exact same thing happen. The bearing self destructed.

Glad you are digging the T250. They are great helis.

RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

jreue, awesome!!! I have been looking forward to a flight report. Head speed on that bugger at 100% throttle with the stock 15T pinion will be in the low to mid 4k range!!!! My T250 with 16T...

RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

I have crashed my T250 half a dozen times. Most of the crashes only hurt the feathering shaft and landing gear. The new SE landing gear is way tougher so replace it with that when you break yours. ...

RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

Put the screw in from the inside of the frame and the nut on the outside. Your hex drive will fit through the hole in the opposite side of the frame.

RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

jreue, the capacity is a read out of how much energy you are putting back into the battery. That is your single most important reading. Your flight times should be just long enough to put back 80%...

RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

Good job on the 400. I am really glad you took the time to watch the vids and really understand how the head should be set up. That alone will get you really far in this hobby. Unfortunately, the...

RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

Glenn, you did a great job wiring that up. I had a hell of a time getting mine to look nice but it is so hard on the Pro. I kind of took the easy way out though and did mine like this.

RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

Glenn, there are differences. The plastics for instance. The true Align plastic vertical and horizontal stabs are more rigid and lighter than the HK ones. Aluminum CNC parts are not as nice as...

RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

Glenn, I fly two HK450s. One is the older V1 clone and all plastic. I have more flights on it than any other helicopter in my fleet. It is doing me very well. It is currently my orientation...

RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

Peter, I recently had an issue very similar to that. On this helicopter, the tail servo was jerking around at anything over half throttle. After painstakingly eliminating all potential issues, I...

RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

Link measurements are kind of unimportant. What is important is:

1. The swash is level.
2. Washout arms are level at mid stick.
3. Flybar cage is level.
4. Mixing arms are level at...

RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

When your head is set up correctly and you have zero pitch at 50% stick, you will have equal amounts of positive and negative pitch available. This means if you have 10 degrees of positive pitch at...

RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

jreue, Something is not set up correctly on your heli or in the TX. If you have zero pitch at mid stick and 5 degrees at high stick, low stick should have 1.5 degrees negative pitch (35% on your...

RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

Nick, what setup were you running FBL? I have been thinking about pulling my GU365 off the Gaui Hurricane 200 FES and converting one of my HK450s to FBL.

RE: are these blades any good for cp pro?

Jreue, I have bought seven helicopters from Flying Hobby and have had a perfect experience each time. The price on that T250 is on the 24 Hour deal they have. It will expire in 2 hours from now. ...
