I fond out what is causing the vibration. The flybar was missing a weight. New flybar, problem solved.

Ok, I checked the inner shaft and it's straight. The flybar is very slightly bowed,( I straightened it as best I could). I checked the main rotor blades to see if they are tracking even and they are...

I haven't had a chance to get to my LHS to buy a new flybar yet. I was just wondering how perfectly straight does it have to be ? It's only slightly bowed, should this cause vibrations ? I'll check...

I'm thinking of starting out using one motor and ducted fan to begin with and use servo's or a gyro to gimble the fan like in a real rocket also I would need movable fins to help stablize it and help...

Thanks for the info. I'll give them a good look over. Hopefuly this will make the conversion a reality. I'd have no problem doing it for $300.00 or less, I just can't justify spending $600.00 on it....
