The rims I have for both my Lunchbox and Blizter are the HPISS Monster wheels. They are universal and fit Tamiya plus other brand RCmakers using adapters. Iam sure there are other options out there...

That's good to know, currently Ihave a Novak 8.5 in mine and it is way too fast for the car. Although that is fun I am probably going to step it down to the Sports Tuned motor and put the Novak in...

Definitely if your rims are deformed Iwould replace them. That sucks Inever tried boiling a set of rims yet but Iwould think that it gets messy.

No I haven't tried out those tires but Proline makes quality products. Those would work great on gravel with the spike tires and I am sure they would last you a good while. The heatsink is this one...

The only chassis I have seen personally work on was a TA03R. I'm sure with some creativity and effort you could make it look decent though.
