Hey welcome to rcu. That was thr right decision. The Mini mgt 3.0 is a great basher,quick and it looks pretty nice too. The duratrax rt-x is HORRIBLE. I mean just wrong.

No. the only way to get more power to the rear is to remove the front drive shaft so that it is rwd and it'll wheelie all over the place. What type of fuel are you using? I run mine rich on 30%...

I run 30% trinity monster horsepower fuel and i run it rich my motor stays cool around 220 and will wheelie almost on demand. Very good set-up.

I was just looking at that swap. The crankshaft is different and wont work. Maybe a .21 is the best way to go? I just bought one last we and im really impressed with the power of the stock motor....

i'd like to keep it small block and find a power house .18 to put in it. I want great wheelies on demand and still keep it around 37-39mph. A big block would be nothing put wheelies

Converting a Savy .21 to savy x

I just recently bent my savage 21 right chassis plate (tvp) and i went to take my svavage x (4.6 roller) apart to replace the one tvp but the servo and reciever tray wouldn't bolt up. Does anyone...
