Yes it would be easy to do if the nut is brass, bronze or steel and the attachment points are also of one of these materials.

Why detach struts from fuselage ?

Adjust the join at the fuselage so that the struts can be easily folded back toward the fin-rudder.
Then a small elastic can hold them together there.
