Ran the MT1 for the first time tonight since the rebuild and man this thing ripps!!!
The G3.0 just lights up all 4 tires at will, after 2 tanks I brought it in and could smell the rubber on the...

+1! Dirt Hawgs are my alltime favorite ST bashing tire!
Never wear out unless you are just roasting the tires on pavement with an RC10GT..:D
And wheelies on pavement with the GT no problem!

BTW it's a MT1 with a G3.0 engine installed, picked up the Blitz wheels and MT2 body for cheep on ebay.:D

Got the new body on and tossed the Blitz wheels and hexes on there just for fun.
Waiting on steering "pilot shafts" to come off backorder and she'll be RTR.
Maybe they'll let me run it as a 4X4...

Got my old MGT 8.0 back and I been running that but the XL 5.9 will be back in action soon, also got another Savage, and a Tmaxx that will be running soon lol.
Then maybe the MT1.:D

Yes, that's the K5.9 in the Savage 5T.

The XTM Monster MT is definitely bigger than the XL.
My friend that owned the LHS had one for his...

The HPI Savage 5T or a 1/6th or 1/5th Savage conversion are the only things bigger than the XL non gasser that I know of.
Other than the XTM Monster MT.

I don't know if the Savage 5T is going...

If so there should be a spare body mount that you can flip upside down to make the rear...
