My 45 did the same thing, "popping or missing" at WOT. Changed the spark plug and it went away.

I have the same set up, a skywriter smoke pump on a OS 160. Works great. Set the amount of smoke with your endpoint adjustment in your radio.

Looks good. You didn't have to build a box in the firewall for your carb to go in, much nicer for setting the carb and looks nice and neat. Good luck with the muffler, will be watching for pictures....

Sorry, I couldn't resist. I have had nitro fuel in my shop for years and it seems to stay good. I have recently gone to one gas engine, and I don't think that will stay good for as long as nitro...

If you want sound, couldn't you just stick a piece of plastic on the cowel so it rubs on the prop. Kinda like whenyou were a kid and had that think rubbing on your bicycle spokes:D
