Pull the servo out and if you can move the splined shaft side to side by hand then your bushings are most likely junk.

If its the stock servo you may have worn the bushings out. You should either get a rebuild kit or some bearings to replace the bushings. You could also just upgrade the servo to a nice metal gear...
