Another idea to try is to just reassign the motor function to a 2 position switch either turn the motor on or off. Then the switch can be either on the left or right side whichever is easier to reach.

Sorry don't have a 10X but can suggest the following: If you have the luxury of having enough channels you could simply assign each servo to a channel which makes it very easy to adjust individually...
