Depending on how you prop it, the 40 amp controller should be ok, but the 2200 packs are a bit small. Wouldn't give you very long flights, and unless you used a 30C or higher pack, the discharge rate...

I have 2 of the 35-36-1400 motors, and they are pretty decent, especially for the price. However, as Dr. Kiwi says, I wouldn't try to run it at 550 watts. I run mine very hard on 3S with a 10X7E...
