My Eagle 50 spins like a top

I just change the main shaft on my Eagle 50, but when I start up the helicopter the whole machine started to spin. Did anyone had that problem, and what was the fix . Would appreciate any help.....

I am about to replace my connecting shaft/main shaft, is there any special procedures I should be aware of when doing ths job, love to hear from anyone who did it before
