So......how long does this stuff, loctite 603, take to set???? Does it have a "best before" date?

I didn't know 603 & 609 had different strengths. I guess all that is on the loctite site. I just went to check the colors and found some 601. I know to clean the parts but should I use the loctite...

Does loctite stick to anodised aluminium? Which super bearing retaining compound is best for use on anodised alumimium, 241, 603 or 609? I am putting new F&R hubs together and the bearings slide in...
