Well I gave it a shot and I've sanded leading edge of mylar. Now it's better but still some small warps. I've also decreased vacuum pressure to -0.6 BAR (from -0.68) but I think that there is not...

Well I know that, I was easy on throttle so not to burn it, also when motor got warm (ok quite hot but touchable :)) I've finished. But now I'll wait for 2s, no more risk :)

yep, they look cool, when pack will arrive I'll tell you how they are handling.
For now I was running FS on 3s lipo for about 5min because of motor heat, just to see how it goes... it's crazy fast,...
