Hi Buz,

The new BOL could have one of the motor connector slightly came out from the 3 in 1 causing it to stop completely. Recheck both the motor connectors. :D

1) Brushed or brushless motors

The cause of the problem i guess was because:

1) Not using stock motor, for your information I'm using KING 2 motor which provide more power and tends to burden the control board....

Thanks for the link of the RC711.com. One question-the website says the 10th tooth pinion have a diameter of 2.3mm but my motors (KING 2 and Extreme 380) have a 2mm diameter shaft....

Thanks and yes i did repaired the 3 in 1 control board myself. I found 1 diode and 2 N-channel FET burnt. Now with the cooling system i believe the control board is working happily...
