lol, i didn't even finish the blitzer yet, but i've owned more tamiya's then i can count and the pinions have always been soft.
over @ tamiya club when people ask what hop ups should be done first...

yeah they are pretty bad, even a silver can will "sharpen" the teeth over time.

i'll double check the holes and tooth count tonight.

i did use the holes for the 13t, but i'm using a robinson hardened steel 32p pinion, as the stock pinions are made from cheese.

one thing i noticed when building the gearbox is that the pinion mesh is very loose.
anyone have issues with that? grinding gears?</p>

i'll probably run a 4000kv sensorless ezrun, i'll pull one out of the terminator clod to test it. i may run a sport tuned and the stock esc for the first run, but you know me....i like to go fast.

i just ordered my re-re stadium blitzer, 149 shipped from omni models (i used the ebay store).

i just had that "i need a new kit itch", you all know what i mean. lol
