Yeah the original post does look pretty suspicious.
The offical DLE Engines website is here http://www.dle-engines.com/
They do not mention copies or clones out there.

Amazing. Thanks for the information. I am quite surprised that someone would go through the trouble to copy a DLE engine. It is amazing and surprising too.
