Muffler is tight. After landing we looked it over. Nothing loose that the eye could see. Could the timing cause the "loose metal" sound? Kinda sounds like the connecting rod has too much slop either...

My pilots are 12" pilots that fit in the stock cockpit. They have no legs below the knees. They are the correct representation of a scale size pilot.

Thanks guys. Ifinally got my engine tuned correctly so Iwas able to fly 4 times that day.

As for the pilots, one is a 12" gi joe and the other is a 12" Dragon pilot.

Only if you consider buying replacement parts as "repairable". Actually being able to glue the wing back together and fix the flying wires, no, its too damaged. I spent $55 on new parts, so hopefully...

Yeah,I found the cause. Iwas the first one with this kit in the USA. FlyFly failed to put any support in the wing. The wing had a joint right where it failed. Being EPO foam, epoxy doesn't hold well...
