Wow, that's a sick T Maxx! That thing must haul some serious ass! I have ran those in the past, but I prefer the starter shafts that fit into a drill because I have a really nice cordless drill. I...

Right on, clean it out well and it should work. I converted mine to forward only years ago, though it now runs a gray trans anyways because it's a big block build. It was worth losing reverse for me...

If I were starting out with monster trucks these days, I'd start with something smaller and less expensive personally. I'd definitely say stick with Traxxas simply for the parts supply. Take a look...

Take a look at the Hobbywing Quicrun WP 860 Dual, it's about the cheapest brushed dual ESC there is. I've seen them in Clodbusters and many other old school dual motor trucks. It only has one battery...

I would ask the local authorities about that. I've heard that thrown around before around so often on forums and by the LHS it's not even funny! Call the local PD non emergency number or the city...

This is an old thread, but I'll throw an opinion at it for the hell of it:D

I've seen pictures of the internals of this engine, and it looks similar to a standard RTR .21. It's most likely a...

Awesome info here! I just took a look at some of the Novas. I like looks of the Roma .25 and the Plus 28-7, but can't find any with a pull start. Is that an accessory that needs to be installed later...

Yea OS is pretty high in price . I have only ever ran a few OS mills over the years because there are so many other options at lower costs. I've never ran a Nova engine, but I have ran Orion Picco...

I'm a huge fan of O.S. and LRP both. Agree to disagree I guess;) The O.S. engines are generally not as fast as most Italian mills are for sure, but easier to tune in my experience. Though it has been...

I'm not an expert on the Revo by any means, but I'll share some big block conversion experience and things I've read about it. I think you can still get the Traxxas big block kit for the Revo, but...

For sure. I'm not sure if I said it earlier, but 2.5v per cell is the lowest you should go on LiFe packs. Stopping around 2.8v to 3.0v per cell is better and will stress the pack less. That link is...
