I dont know what they'd need a receipt for? The broken parts are pretty much all the proof they need that you got some bad parts? LoL.. I'd send the broken pieces back w/o a receipt and see if new...

Yea, a "prepay-refund" would be more customer friendly.. But still a pretty cool deal.. Lot of times a co. will just upgrade the product and not worry about what's already been sold..</p>
