yes all the above ,especialy the lug screw connections on the pcb check corrotion and tightness same on all connections. dave

If you cant find the cause of the pump malfunction i would recomend changing out the stock radio ,use a futaba type radio or jr it will work just fine with the stock main pcb board,all fail safes...

Make sure with a voltmeter that the main battery is fuly charged and tx battery are as  well,if good then check cristals and connections.

You know you can test the dive system on the bench and with the core out of the tube ,just connect a suitable tube and water container ,the pump will then pump the bag.

Are you sure its just pumpping dry ,be sure it is in water before stripdown.Do you have control of the pumps direction?Take the covers off and submerge see if bag fills or is pumpping out.

Very unusual that this pump fails but I have installed a fuel filter in the intake line of the pump along time ago one of the first things i did to mine and have never had a problem with it,it self...

I used pvc sheet 1/8 inch thick ,to these dimentions and a slightly smaller diamitter stainless shaft inserted in a pree drilled hole and ca in place .

I found that mine turns on the surface feature at around 8.5 volts,I have found also that there is an adjustment pot to increase or decrease the cut in voltage or trigger for the voltage monitoring...

Thanks Bryan ,yes I have put allot of time into her and will do even more later.
The stock charger if not changed from the one I had should not be used it just does not charge the battery enough but...

Hi Bryan it sounds like to me that the subs control board is not connected properly,go to the assembly / ownwers manual and check that all the connections are correct especialy the one to the pump or...

Look at my previuse pictures for radio detail,not much different just spread out more .You can route the radio any way you like it makes no difference just as long as the reseption improves ,and tray...

Have patience it will be fixed,check the cristals make sure there both the   same and  pluged in a clean sucket as corrotion offen gets in there.

Looks good so far but be sure that the bouy is very water tight it does not look very substancial in the sealing area,I would use a PVC Pipe or a short Aquacasing like the one picturted just twrist...

She looks great ,you might find the run time from stock is a bit short,I installed a 4.5 amph bat  and a better charger made a huge diference along with larger dive planes.
