id say redcat did it cause 2 china 2s batts was prolly cheaper than one 4s batt. but thats just a BS guess.


2-2s batts is the same as 1 4s batt, so another guess, its just a choice of design.

been into rc's for lil over 17 years. im pretty sure im not over tighting screws into plastic. the heads snap off by simply screwing them back in to plastic, with 2 fingers on the screwdriver. and...

no we havent broken A screw. more like 20+ on one trucks, and 10+ on mine. all there screws are substandard.

how do you explain the trucks still breaking after upgrading all know problems plus...

any production 4x4 sc truck. slash, ofna, jammin, etc. the red cats are lega; after you convert it to single batt. but wouldnt be any compitition, they would break on the first lap.

yes, the esc is a ezrun hobbywing. 80amp. i like the esc and motor, even the cheapo 2s 3200mahbatts are pretty good. on 4s it runs reasonably cool, with the built in fan.

my buddys has alum c hubs, steering link, etc. everything has been broken and replaced.

its converted to 17mm, with good soft...
