Do you have to plug the balance plug in for it to work?  Or do you know anywhere I can see a pic of one hooked up that would make it alot easier for me the, manual dosen't show anything.

I am wanting to buy a HPI firestorm flux, and am wondering what batteries to get, not sure if I want to go lipo yet but I am wondering what are some of the best combinations yall have tried, also...
