I dont think it comes with a motor or ESC so it has to be cheaper then 300, I am hoping its priced around 150. IMO 200 would be to steep.

Do you have a link to the HR racing ones? I need to replace mine as well its not as bad as the pictured posted but i only run 2 times and the rear cup is all ready wearing bad.

yes the savage xs has a low voltage cut off built in, I set mine to auto cut off for 3.7 volts per cell, If i recall correct factory setting was set to auto cutoff at 3.0 volts per cell which imo is...

Ya the pinion gear grub screw was not lock tited so it caused it to slip down the motor shaft disengaging it from the trans. Chuggs it is pretty easy to access, 7 screws and the motor and trans drop...

Ok I just opened my XS up did the usual walk through, Binded the tx to rx programmed the ESC andtook the Flux out back for a test drive and it ran great for 5 minutes , then the motor just whines...

I copied HPI's part# from HPI's site for the Rubicon body and searched that part# on towers website and what I linked is what I came up with.

This is the 1/8 Scale body...
