Crazy,

It was like that when I bought it off ebay.

Just and extra covering on bullet connectors.

They r joined there to allow removal of ESC etc as the motor wires pass through the shock...

Over here in Australia the Exceed brand is known as Nanda.
Nanda is the parent company in Asia where Exceed would source there products from.
