No i was really talking about polyurethan resins. In fact I use the "G4" varnish from Solopolast (single component) all around the engine on the wooden parts and I can tell u this...

What apout polyurethan single component resins ? I believe these resins handle nitro very well. You could build up your tank with epoxy/cloth and then paint the inside with this polyurethan resin...
