xy3lug - I mounted my rears upside-down as discussed earlier. My thought is the oil will stay in better (fingers crossed) and hopefully stay a little cleaner.

my measuring skills are not remiss. lots in my hood are 65' wide and this was over about 3/4 of a lot width. note the "~" indicating an approximation.

FYI Losi CSR says the upper mount is 2.5mm threads in case anyone wants to look up parts. I think there are hemispherical washers that allow pivot but I'm not sure where to get them. Maybe MSC?

Losi rep said the threaded ones are the same body with threads. It's used in another model, something nitro, I think. Same internals same dimensions.

more derail alert: i'm enjoying the heck out of my micro high roller on my backyard track. also with the nimh battery in it my son can control it just fine whereas the buggy is an expensive mistake...
