I'm not exactly sure what you mean by video "transmitter" but the Hero camera made by GoPro is pretty good. It's expensive though.

That is true... If I had a choice for any sc truck it would have to be a team associated sc8 nitro. Those are sweet, and there is a pretty good parts market. it is just a little pricy though.
