Bill, I have 2 night flyers of which one is a baby Waco from a Dumas kit. If you have any electronics background the simple use of OHM's law will allow you to calculate the proper dropping resistor...

Just a comment Jim. +2 degrees on the stab will require less down elevator trim than +1 degree. On my Pepino Waco I have set the stab for 0 degrees. The top wing is -1 and the bottom wing is 0. This...

The spring linkage at the servo works really well to isolate shock loads transmitted from the tailwheel via the control rod. The spring loading on the tailwheel is a compromise, though....
