RE: I need some help with my E-maxx

I think your right about the one pack being dead. I was using some older epic dreadnaught 3000 packs and some dynamite 3000 packs also. It seem that one of the dreadnaughts had a bad cell. This still...

RE: What is the name of this part please in the photo?

That look like an RS4-3. The Hex Hubs only come with a new set of A-arms HPI part# 85030. HPI also makes alloy ones part# 72036

RE: DROPING THE SAVAGE

I've been using fuel tubing for a very long time and have never had a problem. It was one of the first mods recommended when the Savage21 was released. I've had my Savage21 since it's release and did...

RE: Why does every one hate Integy?

Most Integy parts are cast aluminum. Cast is very brittle and in most cases will snap before it bends. Anybody who has ever landed up side down in a T-Maxx will know what I mean. The engine mount...

RE: DROPING THE SAVAGE

The fuel tubing method is the cheapest and the easiest way to lower it. If I can remember I used 1/2" pieces of tubing to lower mine. It's been a while since I did mine so I'm not 100% sure. Just cut...

RE: anyone have 41/37 spurs on the RS4?

I ran that setup with my RS4-3 a while back. I just Dremeled the slots in the chassis a bit to get the mesh right. Pay close attention to the second gear spur mesh with this gearing though. If the...

RE: Savage Vs Revo 3.3 - NO HOLDS BARRED

I'm not sure what you guys are doing to your Revos but my 2.5 Revo was very durable. The damn thing got hit bit a car and was dragged for about 20"! The a-arms and the suspension were all fine. The...

RE: SAVAGE TOP SPEED

In the last RCCA the Rock Concepts Savage went like 67mph or something close to that. I believe they used off the shelf gearing and a Collari(sp) .30 engine. With the right gears and a diet the...

RE: OFFICIAL RS4 RTR 3 thread!!!!!!!Also type SS and others

RE: OFFICIAL RS4 RTR 3 thread!!!!!!!Also type SS and others

That was an HPI upgrade. I can't seem to find it anymore. Hot Bodies still makes one though. I had it before but didn't like it because it was just clipped in with body pins. The HPI one had alloy...

RE: OFFICIAL RS4 RTR 3 thread!!!!!!!Also type SS and others

RE: OFFICIAL RS4 RTR 3 thread!!!!!!!Also type SS and others

I know all about the gear mesh rules. I went threw tons of spurs learning this a few years ago. You need to have the same tooth gap in the pinions as well as the spurs with no more than a 4 tooth gap...

RE: OFFICIAL RS4 RTR 3 thread!!!!!!!Also type SS and others

RE: Projekt: Nitro-D

Just a heads up for stripping the anodizing off. Greased Lightning works extremely well too and it is much safer than Oven Cleaner. You can pick it up at any auto parts store and it comes in gallons...
