I got one of those. Yes, it does drive like a cartoon. The axles however, are better than the WPL trucks, they have a true differential, not just a worm gear on a solid shaft.

Thanks. I already butchered a WPL axle down so it looks close to the real thing. I'd post a picture, but the trailer is in Colorado, and I am in California right now. Next week I can.
