I used copper tubing with thermal compound used for computers.
The biggest problem is the exhaust, low restriction is a must or the temps go up quiet quickly.

I got mine tested this last summer, but never got it to a lake. It sure wont brake any speed records, but the sound... :)

I found a flywheel from O.S. that worked, that was some years ago but they might still have one.
