i never had a wheeling problem, but when i jumped it i landed on it hard a couple times. never had a problem with it digging in.

yes they did, if you want the Nastalgic feeling i would go for the frog or the hornet. this one is pretty good, and close to modern then the others

sounds like a good idea, im a teen (18) and have been in the hobby since age 7. it is hard for me to keep all my trucks running at the same time. but hopefully i can get a job, and it will be real...

you may be able to melt the hot glue from the casing, idk if the gear is interchangeable, might have to wait till tamiya re-releases the truck. and as for bearing size they are all 5X11's and i think...

yeah tamiya uses those diff gears in alot of trucks still today. idk how tower deals with your countrie, but here is a link

i wouldn't be surprised if it is the dt02 also, would be nice if the re-released the bear hawk also.

i didn't think it was a significant enough kit to get re-released. i thought the blitzer beetle would be the one to be re-released.

just so you know the newest blackfoot is pretty hard to flip v.s. any of the other versions.


here is what the newest version can do with a modified motor....

any blackfoot after the first gen will be good, no gearbox problems after that one

the grasshopper is the cheapest one their. the boomerang chassis looks like it would be harder to clean then the blitzers. and finally the frog, it has a chassis that doesn't collect nearly as muc...
