The keepers can be tight and/or stuck from castor varnish. Push down on the retainer evenly to get it to snap loose, maybe use a small socket or something and do this in a bag so you don't loose any...

Yes you do need to remove the liner. Use a heat gun to bring the case to a very warm temp, maybe 200f or so. Once the liner is out the rod may still not slide too well on the wristpin if there is...

The ENYA .80 is based on the .60 crankcase, like the 1.20 is based on the .90 frame or vise versa. I have a .90 and a 1.20.

I know this is the OS users thread so I won't say anymore about...
