I ordered an out of stock item along with stuff that was in stock. I went on the online chat support and asked them to remove it do they could dispatch the rest. They did and all good!<div>...

I would persue getting PayPal on the case as HK are slow and useless re customer service.<div>Get PayPal to refund as goods not delivered.</div><div>Once refunded you can try reordering?</div>
