No extra wire all I did was cut the metal ring off and strip the wire so I could wrap it around the bolt part  on the inside of my tank of upgraded antenna that I installed on my panzer

I have expierience with land mines with two dogs laying them in my backyard I already know how to avoid them and what happens if you don't.

Thats the way I have left my KV-1 in stock mainly for the same reason...its arisoft gun is stronger than my pzIII...but now that I have gotten proficient with weathering and painting I am thinking...

Those specific modeling tubes would be great but the only problem I have with them is costs...and most things the come from over seas are pretty  out the question because of shipping.

As far as the antenna goes I seem to have goo range with only the internal antenna wire that is stock.  I disconnected the outer stock antenna for realism purposes.  I did purchase an antenna from rc...

Unfortunatly my local hobby store doesn't and by the time I ordered some and tried to buy the tools to cut it properly it will probably be cheaper just to buy the grills

I tried using screen like you did and sheet aluminum but the problem is that i don't have the tools to properly cut the aluminum...and I couldn't get it to look right.

I want to put fan grills on my tank and I am trying to make them instead of buying them...but how do you guys cutout the place where the fan grills need to be placed...or do you leave it like it is...

Thanks...this was my first tank so I was alittle worried about how it would turn out....yea I agree with you about the looks of the asiatams but as far as driving they are great</p>
