The only problem is all the air can come in the bottom and exit the bottom without passing through the fins properly. If it were me I would add another plate to the bottom. I would also angle it and...

I will look at walmart or home depot, thanks. Actually I meant the triangular holes in the wheel pants directly behind the wheels, Never seen that before.

driesbabe--As Pe has mentioned that will be a very effective design. I would place the louvers on the bottom of the air cooler, open up any other that are on the cowl too.
