Thanks for asking - I have the same question as I by now understand how this happened; somebody asked some days ago how to see telemetry data and I could not understand how he got servo movements but...

Theres another problem, the PPM level on the 6J buddy port is now down to ~3.3V; not sure older equipment will cope with that even with some 2-wire mentioned above. I discovered it as the FrSky V8...

Sorry to interfere, but there is another possibility - with the 8FG software v3.0 VPP may be assigned to a channel (6 in this case). Check the LNK - FUNCTION menu and disable VPP if not used.

Im about to move a first 4-servo-wing setup to the 8FG and believe I´ll get it right easier by asking you pros.
Ive choosen a new model and set the type to 2AIL+2FLP with NORMAL tail. I fly...

Pull down the thr. stick, set ACT to ON and chose a SW (I usually use SF as I fly MODE 2)
Thats should do it. But if you activate the switch with the thr. stick high the THR CUT wont...
