That's pretty nice lookin'.I'm running the same engine in mine and just love it so far,I need a better pipe for it though.

Sorry for the delay in pics....got a couple this evening.

It is missing the muffler,mirrors need installed,tint and cut the windows to look rolled down,and wire...

I wish I could be of more help as I have no experience with the roto start.

I THINK you just need to swap backing plates or it may not even matter...the pull start unit prevents a starter box...

What a great little car these things are,good snag. I'd see if what was in your old diff is hot glue,it may be removable.There are supposed to be o-rings in all the drive cups but I've lost one here...

I finally got the OS .18 CV-R broke in and leaned out a fair bit and finally hit a temp over 200.I'm going to richen it up a tiny bit and keep it runnin around 200 unless I get into a parking lot...

I believe that's still HPI's Nitro Star brand engine.I never had good luck with that engine trying to get it to both idle and not die,as well as run good at full throttle...seems like it was one or...

Also,in 8 years,these little tires dry rot just like the big ones but it wasn't evident until I had driven on them a little bit.Now I can see little tiny cracks all in the sidewalls.So even re-gluing...

HPI V-groove Super Radials is what I am using,had a good bit of run time on them 8 years ago and in the 8 or so tanks I've ran this last week (however at low speed) they're still holding up.

I got one tank at idle and drove another on the factory needle settings on the OS .18 CV-R!!! Finally!

I'll check on my tires and see what they are,HPI hard compound something.

I got my charger and charged the receiver pack this morning,once a finish my battery mount plate I'll be able to put some fuel in it and fire it up!

I have not stripped a wheel yet but it's not out of my range of mistakes,haha.Like Monsterman mentioned,it may be a good idea to go over the rest of the car to make sure nothing else messes up.you...

I got my Evo X body in and picked up some paint and curved Lexan scissors.One of the light buckets was either dented or cooled wrong...

Why do you figure that?

My .12R SS kit came with the same plastic disc.Did they include a different one in the .18 SS kit?

Well I should have some 30% Speed Blend in a week or two!! They're finally putting in a fuel order at the LHS and said they would get get it in.Then I'll be able to break in the OS .18 CV-R I've had...
