For a different sub, but this is my solution. It not only help me to launch the sub, but also to convey it from "base" at home to my car.

I dremeled forn the lower part, and all the slots are opened. A job to be deal with a lot of patience, but with quite nice results. No pictures for the moment. Sorry.
