I use packing tape around the foam before I put rubber on rim, stops tyres expanding to much and getting all out of balance, works well, 3 layers of packing tape around just the foam.

Starving of fuel causes revs to rev up then drop then rev up etc...An air leak will cause this effect as well as it starves the engine of fuel.

There is no comparison with the drivelines, the savage will pwn the T-maxx driveline, after all the maxx is plastic shafted.
The savage virtical chassis is stronger...
