I been meaning to ask, Where does the 1C rule come from. Is it from when lipos first come about years ago in the >20C packs and it's just carried on, even though the lipos made now are much better...

Charge rating 1C is the standard, or everyone just follows the old rule of 1C, but i;m sure lipo packs are better and 2C could...
