Interesting forum... I too have had a problem with the rod going back to my rudder.  I removed a little of the ultra cote and found that the plastic tube has to bend to get around a bulkhead/wall way...

Thanks, you are correct the FA-120 is larger, I assumed a little older too!  I also have a 150 that looks comparable to the 120S.   Anyone else know any other details?

Make the landing gear block one piece of wood that extends back aprox 3.5 ". Review some of the pictures on here as well.

ebay has wings for sale for the larger revolver.  Not one but two.  It is half the price of a complete arf.  Not the best price.

My current Revolver had a couple of hard landings. I did add an additional piece of plywood to the belly of the plane to increase the strength. I never replaced the actual gear, I used the stock gear...
