It is brushless, currently using a crap radioshack connector until my deans arrive in the mail. battery is a few months old, used maybe 5 times but has sat since about october.

I have an RC18t using a Reedy SC and Nimh batteries. The car was fine when i used it last which was the trucks 4th Run. I took it out the other day and it wouldnt move past barely crawling it was so...

can you recommend a battery (lipo) for a 1:18? i'm also looking for a basic ESC/Brushless combo. Is there anything i should stay away from?

i figured the car would already be ready when i decided to go to lipo. I;m still trying to figure out how safe the lipo is.

Im looking for a motor/esc for an RC18 on the way but since i haven't done anything with RC cars in 15 years i am very confused.i
I will be using NiMH batteries if thats helpful. DO i need 6800kv or...
