just wanted to see what other engines would fit in the spot of the nitro star .18 that the stock car comes with. I was thinking the os .18 cv-rx but will the engine mount using the old engine mount...

oneofakindtrini: the hpi rs4 3 drift doesn't come as a 2 speed, it comes single geared, which is why i'm asking if i can change it out so that i can get the 2 speed

i know you can buy the rs4 3 evo car and put on the stage d conversion kit to make it a mid engine drift machine while still keeping the 2 speed tranny, but what if you bought the rs4 drift 3 car...

Im looking to purchase a gas boat and just want the hull and running gears. I pretty much want a completed boat minus the engine because i wanted to put in one of those rad RCMK s-254 engines in!

I found an airtronics M8 with 2 receivers on FM channels for $60 on my local craigslist....worth it? or should i just save up for a 2.4ghz?

yah! that's exactly why i'm considering changing over. I don't want some guy to be walking by with something and all of a sudden my boat goes haywire or something.

I have a simple Futaba 2 Ch. FM radios with a micro receiver that I'm planning on using for my boat, but was wondering if there's an advantage to shelling out a couple hundred for some 2.4 ghz model....

i use car nitro fuel (20%), and it's worked fine. for the problem of running out of fuel, normally you can time it, on the first run, time it and use that as an average so like 5 minutes of run time...
